Easy to deliver gelatin foam pledgets

The Hunter Biopsy Sealing Device features gelatin foam pledgets designed to assist in achieving hemostasis. One pledget has a tantalum-coated tip that adds radiopacity for locating biopsy sites. Available in multiple sizes for 14G - 20G coaxial biopsy needles.

Four pledgets and one push rod stylet all packaged in one convenient kit

  • Radially-compressed pledgets for smooth delivery
  • Gelatin foam is intended to facilitate hemostasis as well as echogenicity

The Hunter biopsy sealing device is intended for use in percutaneous liver biopsy procedures to facilitate hemostasis of the biopsy tract and, if desired, mark the biopsy site with a radiopaque marker to help relocate the site for subsequent intervention or diagnosis.
