Petro Barchuk is Corporate Vice President, Finance for Teleflex.
In this role, Petro leads the company's Financial Planning & Analysis, Global Operations Finance, and Commercial
Finance teams, overseeing enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the
organization. He partners closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team on financial strategy, quarterly
earnings, and Board-level reporting, and has played a central role in major portfolio actions including business
divestitures and acquisitions. He also leads the company's finance transformation efforts, including modernization of
planning processes and systems and the application of analytics to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
He joined Teleflex in 2016 and has held several roles across the finance organization, including Vice President,
Global FP&A and Operations Finance, and Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis.
Prior to joining Teleflex, Petro held finance and treasury leadership roles at ADT, where he was responsible for
company-wide forecasting, capital allocation, and capital markets activities. Earlier in his career, he completed the
Finance Management Development Program at Tyco International.
Petro holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester, where he was a William E. Simon Leadership Fellow,
and is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
