Jason Weidman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Teleflex.

Jason joined Teleflex in June 2026 as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. He brings more than 25 years of medical device industry experience, with deep expertise in cardiovascular therapies, new product development, and global commercial strategy. He spent nearly 20 years at Medtronic, where he held a series of senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and President of both the Coronary & Renal Denervation business (2020-2026) and the Aortic, Peripheral and Venous business (2017-2020), leading innovation and market expansion across key vascular segments.

Earlier at Medtronic, Jason served in various roles of increasing responsibility in strategy, marketing, and general management, where he helped shape product portfolios and growth strategies. Prior to Medtronic, he held engineering and marketing roles at Thoratec (now part of St. Jude Medical) and contributed to business development efforts at Tengion.

Jason earned a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
