All endotracheal tubes are designed to feature an excellent I.D. to O.D. ratio, biocompatible materials, thin-walled low-pressure cuff design and a smooth tip to facilitate safe insertion.

The Arrowg+ard Blue^® MAC is designed to meet the needs of a variety of patient types — from trauma to cardiac. The catheter combines the access of a sheath introducer with the high-flow lumens of a central line. The MAC’s hemostasis valve allows for easy access for additional devices, such as a thermodilution catheter or Arrow^® MAC Companion Catheter adding up to three additional lumens. The 9 French distal lumen accommodates large fluid volumes when needed, while the 12-gauge proximal lumen provides a separate access for incompatible fluid administration.

Functional excellence

The preformed chevron shape of the Horizon^™ Clip engulfs tissue with precise tip-to-tip closure. Heart-shaped wire is designed to give each clip a firm grip on vessels, while the triangulated cross-section of the clip leg maximizes surface-to-surface contact between clip and jaw, practically eliminating clip fallout.

Free-float cutting action technology

By allowing the diamond edge blade to “float” around the punch core during operation, alignment is maintained to help prevent mechanical jamming. One punch can be used to create multiple punches in a single procedure.

Dual-cutting action

Two diamond-sharp cutting surfaces lift and cleanly cut through all layers of tough tissue. The smooth cutting action reduces trauma while the tapered distal portion increases visibility around the anastamotic site.
