Using human cadaveric tissue, the intraosseous access workshop will facilitate the assistants an understanding of the indications, risks, complications and benefits associated with both techniques. Using cadaveric tissue, the expert faculty will provide a safe and low stress environment that allows realistic clinical replication of their work field on human tissue which provides a conducive learning experience. Upon completion of the course, participants will demonstrate an understanding of the anatomy, physiological process and clinical applications, including the development of the skills required in different techniques.
