Jenene has worked in a variety of critical care areas in clinical and Educator roles for over 20 years. Jenene facilitates high quality clinical education within a framework that promotes professional growth and ensures that key objectives of each participant are met.


Marguerita Cirillo

RN, BN, Grad Dip ICU Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment National Clinical Educator

For over ten years Marguerita has worked as a Clinical Educator in ICU, Simulation and Acute Care settings. She has strong skills and knowledge in Vascular Access, Ventilation, Airway Management and IABP, and is an advocate for improving patient outcomes through evidence based clinical practice. Combined with her extensive critical care experience this ensures she facilitates outstanding learning opportunities for all participants.


Kate Topham

RN BN Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment Senior Clinical Educator

Kate has over thirteen years’ experience in Emergency nursing and extensive experience in education. Her goal is to deliver comprehensive clinical training that can be applied directly to the clinical workplace. Kate is passionate about extending high quality clinical education into rural and remote areas and has a particular interest in the care and management of respiratory illness.


Christine Ridway

RN BN(Hons) PGDipACN(Cardiothoracic) MBA National Clinical Educator

Christine has over 16 years of critical care experience with more than 8 years working as an Educator in Australia, the UK and Europe. She is committed to empowering and equipping health care professionals to provide safe and effective care through the provision of high quality education that is practical and relevant to their practice.


Karen Bone

RN Post Grad Cert ICU Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment National Clinical Educator

Karen has extensive experience in all areas of ICU and clinical education, including simulation. Karen is committed to facilitating exceptional education and clinical support to promote best practice and improve patient outcomes.

Claire has many years' experience working in ICU. She is passionate about education that emphasises best practice guidelines and empowers the healthcare clinician to make evidence based decisions to improve patient outcomes.


Leonie O'Callaghan

RN, BN Grad Dip Perioperative Cert IV TAA and TAE Clinical Educator

Leonie has over 25 years' experience in the healthcare industry, predominantly in the Perioperative environment, where she has worked for the last 7 years as a Clinical Educator. Leonie has extensive knowledge and skills in Anaesthetics, and is committed to facilitating education that equips clinicians to provide evidence based patient care that optimises patient outcomes.
