LMA® Unique (Silicone Cuff) Airway

The LMA® Unique (Silicone Cuff) Airway from Teleflex combines all of the features of our LMA® Unique Single-use Airway with the benefits of a silicone cuff, including higher seal pressures and conformity to the patient’s anatomy. Its versatility is welcomed in an extensive range of applications, including on emergency vehicles as a resuscitation device when intubation is not possible.

Features

  • Supraglottic, non-invasive airway management device
  • Comprised of three main components; Airway Tube, Mask and Inflation Line
  • Masks are designed to conform to the contours of the hypopharynx with the bowl of the mask facing the laryngeal opening

  • Patients with immediate need of an airway
  • Patients with failed tracheal intubation or for whom tracheal intubation is not an option
  • Patients for whom the benefit of establishing an airway outweighs the risk of regurgitation and/or aspiration
