Medical, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage

Teleflex employees have the option of choosing one of three Blue Cross plans that cover all the same services with varying coinsurance and deductibles levels.

Dental Coverage

Teleflex employees have the option of choosing from two Delta Dental Plans with different coverage and benefit maximums.

Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts

Teleflex offers Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending accounts where employees may voluntarily set aside a portion of their salary on a pre-tax basis in one or both of the accounts. The accounts help offset out-of-pocket medical/dental/vision expenses or the cost of care for their child, spouse or parent.

Life and AD&D Insurance

Teleflex provides life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance for all eligible employees.

Voluntary Benefits

In addition to basic life and AD&D insurance, Teleflex provides access to additional coverage for employees and their dependents. Teleflex also offers group legal and long term care insurance.

Disability Coverage

Teleflex provides Short and Long-term Disability plans for loss of income protection if an employee becomes disabled as the result of a covered injury, sickness or pregnancy.

Employee Assistance Program

Teleflex provides employees and their family members access to confidential resources to help resolve personal issues that may be affecting their health, well-being, family life or job performance.

401(k) Savings Plans

The Teleflex 401(k) Savings Plan allows eligible employees to defer between 2 and 50 percent of compensation through pre-tax and post-tax payroll deductions. In addition Teleflex matches contributions to help employees save for their retirement.

Tuition Assistance

Teleflex offers a tuition assistance program to help employees with eligible costs associated with accredited higher education.

Paid Time Off

Teleflex employees are encouraged to maintain a healthy work life balance and are supported with paid time off and paid holidays.
